What you reckon friends?

Personally i would say the future does nowhere near always bring me anxiety, it can also paint me dreams coming true, be encouraging for things have improved and new hope has been found to go forward. Neither is living in the past far from always depressive, much more often because of the small amount of good recall a lot of bad times lived at the same time have been forgotten.
.
So in my life lived it was how how i had dealt with the trauma in my life lived.
.
Where i had dealt with the trauma, i learned valuable lessons that became more like beacons than stop lights in my daily life. For in these parts of my trauma the colour red is still also a colour, it became a warning, no longer horror, suppression, pain or anxiety not dealt with.
However where i had not dealt with my trauma, often because of a life time of disassociation, all of the above statements are true enough and so much more misery lived real life in the past, present, and future.
