Ooh, that's a big thing, realising that you're not the only one @PeppyPatti . I hated 'sharing' my therapist with others. I felt many emotions about it.

My therapist is a male, and I was a sexualised 'child' so it would be a little bit different to your relationship with your therapist. I was jealous of the others 'patients' and felt he didn't really care about me. I wrote a poem about what I was thinking about my therapist, when I first started seeing him. It's the first one on the Poem thread. 💛

@StuF well i normally dont but this year i am. i am going to be brave. it has been 20 years since i first became sick and it is time i moved on and faced my past and embrace the future. @SmilingGecko put me onto this great numerology site and what it came out with for 2026 is spot on! same with my daughter and eldest. i can thoroughly recommend it.
