I just finished reading a really long poem about starting therapy all those years ago. Wow! What a ride I've had. It's only after reading it, did I realise how far I've come 🤔 (I would hope so after twenty-five years.) Don't get me wrong. I still have CPTSD, anxiety and depression but nowhere near as debilitating as it was. I was covered in rage back then to hide my pain. I feel sorry for the person I was then. I'm glad she found therapy and that he's a good fit for her! I realise I'm speaking in the third person. Hmm.

I'm all good!!! I hope it hasn't put a damper on things. I'm not sad or angry. I'm at peace with it. 😊💛
