New Music Thread (for all music, not just new)

New Music Thread (for all music, not just new)

Hi Peoples,

This thread has been done before...but unfortunately it has fallen foul of the forum bug/s.

So a few of us (like @Bunniekins @TAB ) thought it might be time for a reboot.

The idea is simple - post a clip of whatever music you would like to share with the forums community. Link the clip and tag the member/s you'd like to share it with...

Enough preamble. This clip is a bit different to what I will normally share - The Voice is not normally my thing - but I'm glad I stumbled across it today:

I can remember my childhood a lot easier than I can remember yesterday! 😉 I don't think I have dementia but a 'trauma brain'. I don't know if it's a thing but I'm making it up now! 😁 I'm just listening to music and floating around the social thread. I hope you're both doing okay @PeppyPatti @Mustang ! I've decided to go with a friend on New Years Eve to watch the sunset (I live near a beach) while eating fish and chips. I usually lock myself inside before sunset. I'll still be home to be asleep well before the fireworks. Sounds like a plan. I'm a little bit anxious but also excited. Listen to me rambling on. Sorry. 😊💛

I must admit @heartathome @my whole thought process changed after trauma therapy. I did not think it would work for me. I did Judith Richard’s trauma therapy but whatever it works with you.

No way! @PeppyPatti 1500 is a lot of money to me. I'd rather spend it on a bit of a holiday maybe. Go see my sister!

Yeah. @PeppyPatti . I had intense weekly psychotherapy for the first three years. I've worked through so much trauma in the twenty-six years that I've been with him. I won't let him go now! 😁

My brain changed again four years ago when I was in a catastrophic flood. It's like it's in a fog now. I am hoping it may change again over time but, it's okay if it doesn't. It's not the worst thing in life to have 'flood' brain. Many people I know have still got it. 😊💛

Ooohhhh you’re the Psychotherapy lady …..

@heartathome

this is going to sound a bit much for you but been in therapy psychotherapy for 40 years and still going.
iv had a head injury and that’s what I need.
Yes long term psychotherapy has been tough but liberating.

the new mental health apps help tremendously.

I never knew of all these ‘ modalities, or all this stuff online like choosing a psychotherapist who works with speciality.
I feel my brain works better now and I’m picking up on how much more I learn though.
