Calling those who are drawn towards pagan/spiritual/fae things

Calling those who are drawn towards pagan/spiritual/fae things

Hi everyone, I thought a thread for those whom are into crystals, spiritual / energy healing, pagan rituals, spiritual practises, fae folk and mythological beings is needed.

I figured there must be some other likeminded individuals that would be into this type of thing as well.

Tonight is a black moon, and here's a quick explanation: "The 2025 August new moon is known as a black moon because it will be the third new moon in a season of four new moons. Unlike a typical three-month season that has three new moons, there is an occasional season where there are 4 new moons." (continued because the end cut off the link) of 4 new moons. Typically there are only 3 new moons in a season and this is the occasional season where there are 4.

Below is also the spiritual meaning.

@MissGremlin @Bunniekins @rav3n @SmilingGecko

Please tag any other likeminded people that you think would enjoy this sort of thing.

Good afternoon @Cuddlebear, I'm out and about enjoying this glorious sunshine.

I hope you're ok with the tapering, I know how challenging it can be.

@Former-Member @NightFury @Cuddlebear thank you all so much for the extra understanding and insight!! seems like there was some red/yellow flags in the way i was given my reading (my first time getting a tarot reading done) but i am looking into getting another one done at a different location soon. i feel a lot more prepared now, appreciate you all 💙

now i'm also keen to get a tea leaf/coffee reading done!

@NightFury yes please, i'd love to see the example about the colour and symbology!!

@rav3n I asked the cards, "do you have any general advice for rav3n, for their highest good?"

These two cards fell out of the deck while I was shuffling...

Knight of Wands brings a message about pursuing your dreams with courage, passion, adventure and enthusiasm. It's all about pursuing the things that inspire you. There's a lot of fire in this card - fire in the sense of inner fire, inner passion and how chasing after the things that inspire you, can also light a fire within you and send that light out into the Universe. The main colour in this card is orange, which signifies creativity and inspiration - so maybe the dream that you need to pursue requires you to access and embrace your creative side? In the background of the card is a black horse, rearing up, which signifies strength, power and freedom. It's here to remind you of your courage and strength and in the rearing position, the horse stands on back legs ready to launch forward into something new, something thrilling and something that brings about a sense of joy and freedom.

The 5 of Wands is here to remind you that others are here to push you, to encourage you and to provide a little bit of healthy competition. All of which, will motivate you to achieve and will push you beyond your self-imposed limitations. The number five itself, means that you are either in a period of self-discovery or there is one just around the corner. The five people in the card are all climbing upwards from different angles - this may be here to remind you to always consider things from different angles because we never really know where it can lead us. Some angles or paths are harder than others, but the destination is always worth it. The shaded, darkened area around the edges, with the colour in the centre suggests illumination, something coming into the light. Maybe this links in with the message from the Knight of Wands? Again, orange is the dominant colour and when taken into account alongside the card's message, it reminds you to have courage and to take action. If one angle or path to the thing that sets off your inner light isn't working for you, don't be afraid to take another path or to come at it from another angle, but you can't move forward if you're not moving at all.

Okay...so again, I have to mention that I'm just learning and I don't actually do a lot of readings for others...so be gentle with me.

@NightFury Practise makes perfect, and the more you work with spirit and your gifts the easier it will become.

@NightFury How are you lovely? How’s your day? As @Former-Member @said practice makes perfect and it was a really thoughtful gesture to draw out some cards for @rav3n …

How is everybody today?

Re: Calling those who are drawn towards pagan/spiritual/fae things

thank you so much for sharing that with me @NightFury! this reading was more in-depth (and also felt more plausible) in comparison to the one i received from the other lady. i think the lady scammed me tbh 😅 oh well, i know better for next time haha.

i never realised how much detail can be derived from just one card! i really resonated with the fire symbol (plus i am a fire sign hehe). i do have a lot of passion towards things, but i usually lack the courage to follow through with certain ideas. guess this is my sign to trust myself and be brave! it's really cool to see how symbols, colours and numbers can come together to create more meaning, really appreciate you taking the time to do this for me 💗
