Feeling a bit anxious

Feeling a bit anxious

Is there other people on this space that have had times they feel anxious

At a training day, its in the city

I only vaguely know one person and most of the content isnt really practical for me.

I struggle to sit and listen in these kind of things and I need to move around a lot and If I cant do that I just sit there and think about how I am so uncomfortable and not taking anything in

When theres group things I havent listened all day even when I have tried to so I have nothing to add.

I realised I needed space so I have gone to this like reserve park thing to reset

I really find these days hard

Re: Feeling a bit anxious

Got 2 kids doing book week this week tyme

our kids have narrowed it down to these ideas

Ned Kelly

the manual that came with new microwave

A cook book

Eminem (that one is a instant no)

I mean seriously

never mind all the books we have with actual characters

Hahahaa! A microwave manual!

Seriously? I reckon book week is a parent's worst nightmare! My sister was just talking about it downstairs. My nephew went to school as Tiny Tim and my niece went as someone from Baby sitter's club. Then my younger neice said she was something, but I didn't pay attention...

Ergggghhhhh. Book week trauma! @ArraDreaming

Normally Mrs AD doesn’t mind it she whips something up with the kids because she is creative and we pass the costumes on but we havent had the time or the energy to think of it this time
The kinder kid is fine because its less of a massive parade thing but our oldest I think will struggle, it’s fun for him for about 10 mins and then he loses it so we are thinking we might end up with Ghost (aka stay home). Well see.

Arghhh @ArraDreaming , That's so hard. Does your eldest like the school he is at?

Yeah tyme I think out of our choices we made a good one
They have been supportive for us and we have a had a few incidents lately but they have been good about it and honestly…. It’s like younger me sometimes, the impulsivity and just “I wonder will happen if i….” except this time i can think of it as what would younger me of needed in that moment

Join the club re attention span! I can pretend I'm listening, but I've travelled around the world a few times and have no idea what you've just said!

You know what @ArraDreaming ? You are actually an amazingly smart guy. I've said it before, but I feel you need to hear it more than once. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise! (Oh, and we all do dumb things sometimes, but that doesn't mean we are dumb!)

Hang in there mate!
