A personal experience today reminded me how brave we are to seek help and be honest with ourselves and others about what we are experiencing. I must say that it does feel really good to know that the first step might be hardes and that I'm taking control of my life, my thoughts and feelings.

Just tell yourself you are doing your best. Yes, there's room for improvement, but in this space and time, you are trying your best to be the best person you can be.
Visualise holding your baby in your arms - the first time you saw each of them. Consider how grateful you are to see their smiling faces.
