A personal experience today reminded me how brave we are to seek help and be honest with ourselves and others about what we are experiencing. I must say that it does feel really good to know that the first step might be hardes and that I'm taking control of my life, my thoughts and feelings.

Hi Souths, I am on the train home as I had a training day today in the city. I found it hard I am not a sit in a room learner and also going to the city is not something I do often anymore
I actually had a bad fall on Sunday down some stairs so I will not be training this week or playing on Saturday

Hi @ArraDreaming brother, I am sorry to hear about your fall, I hope you recover okay! Yes, the city can be overwhelming and on public transport, I was in the city last week as well, very busy and overwhelming for me. I am only getting used to catching trains again, I have avoided them most of my life. Not sure why, I think the anxiety of not being able to stop and go as please, and having other people around used to get to me.

@ArraDreaming we won, thanks. We are sitting equal 4th, 2 games to go. Although my beloved South Sydney Rabbitohs are sitting 3rd last. On a positive note, we avoided the wooden spoon! lol

I can count on one hand how many games we’ve won in recent years
still love them though
yeah man, thankfully bruised rib is the worse I came away with, I still managed a decent run on the weekend though, so hoping i can get to play this week not sure if being too hopeful though
hope you guys get to finals too
My boys actually started there mountain bike season this past weekend so its like little races on there MTB. They have to be at least 3 and when they are young they can go on a balance bike and there is all different age brackets
The kids just froth it mate
They have so much fun
Your right with the trains and the city, I have to go again soon to see my eye specialist, I will be looking at another surgery by end of year
