Hey @Chasingsunsets, I am definitely doing better than yesterday, the migraine did decide to vacate my head 🤣. I got 5½ sleep which is a little more than I usually would get so that's a win. Tackled the shops earlier and now trying to think of what to have to eat, am hungry but not overly so need something more to snack on 😀.
I typed in spikey fidget to ebay and that's where they showed up but they have various names 🤣.
How's the day been for you so far?

hey @RebelliousAngel i'm going alright so far - the gloomy weather outside is tempting me to jump back in bed and stay snuggled in haha. but i do have a couple appt's today so it'll keep me moving 😊

Husband had his scan get the results next week
My doctor appointment went OK

@rav3n that gloomy weather seems to have that effect, it's really perfect bed snuggling weather 🤣. Hope the appointments go well for you 🙂.
Yeah I'm doing alright, it's been a quiet day. Tackled the shops this morning and got the quiet hour time so that was nice. Had a snack just before which consisted of some crunchy nut cornflakes then some brown rice chips that were smoky BBQ, tomato & herb flavoured 🙂.

@rav3n , my overall blood sugar levels have gone down from 9.0 to 7.4
