ohI am in trouble next few days, physio ramping things up. Did 2 circuits with some new exercises as well.so no more 5reps for squats,its do reps of squats for 30 seconds now ok then 30 sec rest. I had to sit down a few times. could have stopped at 1 circuit.lol another new one was carry 15kg in one hand and walk up and down room . that was to have a rest lol, then throw medicine ball at floor and pick up again, ski ing machine (?) where you pull on 'stocks' , lat pull down etc @Meowmy

yeah I was surprised puffer gave me worked quickly and as well as it did. then ..nothing. hopefully this and the scans gives them a bit more of an insight. @Meowmy
Feels like Friday here. am so cold, last electric bar heater died, so got silly oil heater on, takes forever to warm up and not that warm either lol , well not on low setting, ha.
think need to order another heater to get me through spring, poss 2. will get a ceramic one that looks like a box and a better quality bar heater from mitre 10 . just helps in kitchen when no fire on.
