Hey @Shaz51 yeah had one so far, not doing too much lol. Achey back and itchy throat this morning. Still going to exercise physio soon.Hope things not too bad for you atm

hope its not too bad @Shaz51 I had chest scan monday. see dr Friday, but surgery rang yest , saying 'nothing urgent' which just made me worry lol

just made the best burger here @Meowmy @StuF mince for patty. cheese, egg, bacon , beetroot, lettuce ,tomato. toasted stale bread, one pce was crust ,so it got all crispy like a real hamburger lol.washed down w cuppa soup lol
Bed now , think. Am free till til Drs appt late Friday morning now. Might go to family site in cemetery up the road, ok 60ks past where drs appt is. was grandmothers bday monday. I told physio that and said it was easy to remember as same date as Bastille Day, she looked like I was speaking another language. she got it in the end. did not know what Bastille Day was, had never heard of it.
