I am really not doing so well & I am struggling. I can't seem to function too well atm. I am shutting down. I saw my psych today, and she doesn't think doing exercise science is going to be good choice to study because there is not much work available in this field.
I am not able to articulate too well, what is happening for me. I am just exhasuted and scared and alone.

Had to take a step back so I wouldn't be triggered and forgot that it would still be read by the other person (who I didn't tag in) -they then replied that they were going to go because they didn't want to distress anyone or put any one on edge - I feel awful - so hope I didn't add to their pain atm.
Think it might be a good idea if I just log off and stay away for a while @oceangirl

Yeah I do know that @oceangirl but I also know how much the tiny little things can affect someone when they are in the state that loula is in atm - feel for her and can't help - too close to it! Feel a bit useless but need to put that out of my mind - give me something to laugh about you're usually pretty good at that!

I responded to the thread to give a little support and I think others have been trying to help as well. I have to start to unwind I have a busy day tomorrow at the zoo @Zoe7

OMG I nearly forgot what day it was - again!!! Zoo day tomorrow - and hopefully find out about hospital - wow there is a lot going on for you tomorrow. I will let you go and wind down. Hope you get some sleep - will check in tomorrow to see how you are going

I understand what you are saying @Zoe7. I think its probably best not to talk about it too much. I know you have a heart of gold sis. I'm trying to think of something funny to say. I think smetimes its better not to say anything and to just go to another thread. There is nothing wrong in doing that- you have to look after yourself first.
