New beginning

Hey everyone, so after my post yesterday, i saw something today that i really needed to see that made a light go off in my head. In a nutshell this guys video basically said when u finally get to the point your sick of yourself then u can start a new beginning and have all the freedom u want.

Thats exactly what im doing, so ive decided all the toxic people or people in my life that dont have time for me or show me respect by teasing me are gone from my life. Im going to spend time with my family and doing things i like, maybe find new passions and meet new people.

Gotta say im keen for this.

Thanks for sharing @Matty19901 ! I'm keen on hearing how it goes because what you shared was one thing that was a huge turning point for me in my recovery.

A recovery coach I had at that time said, "You need to be sick of being sick - then the change happens". He was right. Those words stuck in my head and to today, I still hear him say it.

I look forward to hearing about this exciting new chapter!

Thanks it feels good to finally have this "light" go off and finally be time to enjoy some freedom that i felt like i never had before
