Osteopath or chiro and physio or all of them

Osteopath or chiro and physio or all of them

Hi everyone im just wondering what peoples opinions are.... so at the moment im using a chiropractor in conjuction with a physiotherapist and ive recently started using an osteopath. My question is would you remain with all three professionals or would you just go to an osteopath?

I'm a scientist so I'd go with the only one that has evidence based practice - Physio.
My opinions on the other two are very strong - you can come across good practitioners who know their anatomy and what they're doing, but the vast majority don't and you can get seriously injured by chiro's, Like *dead* seriously injured.

Well i think the chiro help my back and my hip but makes my neck worse. The physio i only got for my foot bur when i went to an osteopath she did the same thing as the physio but did more on my neck. So maybe i should stick to osteo but got to chiro when i need to as well
