Just letting people know I am back safely from my trip.
I had a great trip, my sport event was brilliant and then I travelled a little bit.
Not sure how much engagement I will have with forums as only just returned to this cold weather!
I'm not sure what's been happening, but I hope everyone is well.

Yes @Shaz51 it was a very interesting trip. I wish my mind was clearer to really take in and revel in the opportunity and all the amazing and interesting things I saw and did. It was a pretty amazing trip. I'm truly grateful and lucky to have been able to go. It's such an honour and a priviledge

@Till23 I am keeping busy with my music. Had 2 rehearsals yesterday, and a soirée today. 3 zooms tomorrow. So I guess I am getting a life. In bed, now though, cos it’s the warmest place. lol.

@Till23 i wasn't here when some people needed me and that makes me angry and frustrated at myself. But I just didn't have anything in me to give to anyone so I had to step back but i feel so guilty for it. How are you going settling back into this cold weather?

@MissGremlin it's not your responsibility to "look after" other people on the forums. I'm sure everyone appreciates how much you do and people realise members are not on the forums 24/7
Don't feel guilty, you need to look after yourself
The weather is a shock, although I knew it would be cold when I got back

@Till23 no it's not my responsibility but when I say that I'm there for someone then I make that commitment to be there for them regardless of what I'm going through. Anyway it's just how I feel and yes I can be harsh on myself but that's just me and I have to be.
The cold weather is horrible, definitely need lots of layers on and nice snuggly blankets.

I understand that sentiment @MissGremlin but you've also got to give yourself space.
I hope you start to feel that you already are there for people so much of the time and that's good enough.
Yep I'm getting my layers on after being in T-shirt and shorts a couple of days ago!

@Till23 maybe one day I can but that's not right now.
I'm rugged up in my hungry hungry hippo pjs and my oodie dressing gown. Even just reading 'T-shirt' made me shiver 😂.
