Tillogram

Hi All

@tyme @AuntGlow @Jynx @rav3n @MJG017 @NightFury @Shaz51 @MissGremlin @Appleblossom @Dimity and many others I have accidentally forgotten to tag

Just letting people know I am back safely from my trip.

I had a great trip, my sport event was brilliant and then I travelled a little bit.

Not sure how much engagement I will have with forums as only just returned to this cold weather!

I'm not sure what's been happening, but I hope everyone is well.

Re: Tillogram

I agree @Till23 . We are all hit with our own traumas whether we like it or not. I think because able to talk about it in a safe way can be so helpful. I'm so glad we have one another. I feel that we are all learning on this journey, and this journey will continue until the last day.

Thank you so much for being here.

Re: Tillogram

11 degrees @Shaz51 so you're saying it was a hot winter's day 🤣

Very windy, rainy and cold here. I stayed in bed late so I could feel warm without using up my firewood! When I got up - I chopped some more, so that kept me warm as well as picking up all the fallen fronds and branches blown down by the wind!

Sorry about the aches and pains. Do you know what's wrong with your foot. Hope you've got some good analgesia

Re: Tillogram

Thanks @tyme I don't know that I add that much, but I am here I suppose.

I think talking about it is a very worthwhile step in healing, especially if you can do it at your own pace and in a safe and accepting space.

Thank you for walking on my journey for a bit

Re: Tillogram

I agree. I won't even pretend to know I more than I know.. because there's a lot I don't know! I'm learning as much as anyone else.

@Shaz51 @Till23

I'm just watching this at the moment https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vyxc889gQtY

Re: Tillogram

Still raining @Shaz51 wind has eased a bit - supposed to ease over night.

I hope the sun comes out tomorrow. I am missing the feel of sun on my skin.

I hope you are able to get on top of the pain

Re: Tillogram

Thanks @tyme I just watched that - interesting and kernels of truth but not as straightforward to achieve as it seems. Still a starting place

Re: Tillogram

I understand. I am sure rest is really important right now. When will you delve into your regular routine again? Or will you change some things this time around to better suit where you're at post-trip? @Till23 💛

Re: Tillogram

I'm not really planning at this stage @AuntGlow. I haven't particularly thought about it.

I suppose I assumed I would go back to my usual routine. Although I knew I'd have a little rest when I got back it being a pretty busy trip.

Some things I definitely want to keep up, like my sport and table tennis (table tennis currently on holidays and will be over the school holidays), volunteering of some sort.

I have a few physical symptoms and some of these things including tiredness might be a flare up of my medical problem including the fatigue or maybe I'm being lazy.
