thankfullyonly one for mental health but have needed a couple including a surgery for physical health. i have another hosptial admission coming up for a few weeks again soon to help manage physical disabilities as well.
im in quite a severe amount of pain again tonight so may not be online to long

i have complex mh too @Oaktree so its ok. hospitals are often not suited to me as it causes more distress unless its a planned admission or absolutly necessary for safety.
thankfully this year ive only had 2 admissions for mental health though so thats a good start.

I have had a lot of admissions between 2008 and 2021 for my complex MH conditions. However in December 2020 they changed my meds and now I haven’t been hospitalised since November 2021. So there is hope. I am hoping that this good stretch continues on for a long time! I have never felt so well!

Sorry to hear about the need for dialysis getting closer. That’s really hard. And you are rural and will probably have to travel like 3 times a week, right?
