i havent really been online much @Oaktree between multiple hospital admissions and trying to survive work.
i am sometimes on the not coping thread but havent branched further latley. decided i would pop in and say hello here today.

Sorry to hear about the hospital admissions, I hope you are beginning to feel a little better. It’s sometimes a long process but recovery is possible. Recovery is different for everybody, it’s a personal journey towards a more satisfying or meaningful life. It doesn’t necessarily mean cure. It’s not a linear process either. There are definitely ups and downs
