Finch

@avant-garde they are great aren't they? I bought the movie and like you have watched it several times. I also met Joel and Luke at the meet and greet before their concert here in Perth back in 2019. I missed the concert last year because I knew I would be too emotional to go.

It's bittersweet for me because 4K&C was a band both my ex friend and I loved. We saw their concert together, listened to their music over and over and watched Priceless together. I couldn't listen to them for a long time after she almost destroyed me with her words and actions. I still often get teary when I listen but I'm getting better. I've been playing the soundtrack to Unsung Hero lately and can't wait to hook my DVD player up so I can watch the movie!

Anyway, back on topic lol! How is your Finch going? Millie is hopping along happily, she's got a new shirt and hat, and I bought a plant for her 🙂

Phoenix is great, I've been using the catalogue to figure out what I want her house to look like so I can keep my eyes open for when the products rotate through the shop.

My finch is 5 days old now. Yesterday I got on the finch discord and asked for a snow coat in purple as a gift. Guess what? Someone gave it to me woohoo. Anyway I am loving finch. It’s great to keep me motivated to look after myself.

I was dubious at first, kinda had a bit of a negative attitude towards interacting with a game for self-care, if I'm honest. I guess though, a level of scepticism is healthy. But now, it's one of the first things I do in my morning, and one of the last things I do before going to bed. Being able to edit and change my goals have helped me to feel more successful, and some of the activities on there has helped me to kinda get stuff out instead of ruminating on it.

My finch looked cuter yesterday but because I was gifted the snow jacket I thought I had better equip it. Yes finch is the first thing I do in the morning too. I just set a goal to eat more veggies. I am finding a reminder to brush my teeth helpful too. It’s great that you can add your own goals. I just have to work out how to stop it telling me to drink water every day
