I feel like I am forgetting someone?
I usually get all my self care tasks done in the morning. I am always keen to see what Poppy has to say after her adventures. I am working on an affirmation this week to battle my perfectionism.

Yes unfortunately it’s just one egg at a time. But my friend at Tafe has had finch for over two years and she has tons of micro pets so they do add up over time. When I finish one egg Poppy finds another one by the end of the day. So as long as I keep doing my goal I am getting closer to hatching my egg.

Feel free to adapt my affirmation to suit your personal needs. I knew kind of what I wanted to say so I got chat GPT to help me write it. I am writing it down every day to reinforce it. That way I am accountable. I also write down one thing I am proud of every day as a self compassion exercise

It gets a bit tedious writing your life story to AI but iv made understanding how to self care around them..

@Oaktree I will not get the app, but interesting that you all find it useful. I am too old school, and trying to spend less time on devices or online. lol Not sure how that will work…. I got the habit now. lol.
