Thanks, now I have a little purple finch called Poppy to look after. I have done some of the things but still have some things left to do. No idea what to do for something that makes me happy lol.

yay perfect! i struggle with self-care and routine stuff esp in winter so i've downloaded it now @ENKELI @avant-garde will set it up properly later tonight, i'm excited hehe

@rav3n cool! I'm like you and my motivation to do pretty much anything is very low. I am hoping that with this app and the support of this thread I will stick to it for more than a month or so.

@ENKELI aww thank you!! a few years ago we used to have a bird that visited my backyard often, and we named her honey. so my lil finch is named after her. what's yours named?

10 days in and still giving it a go!
Frankie the Finch has grown up into a toddler. I'm not hitting all of my goals sometimes, but it feels like that's okay. I like sitting down and opening the ap while I eat my breakfast, it helps remind me to do those self-care things and start the day in a positive way.
