T.V can be a great distraction and entertainment @pespimax. I remember seeing that you enjoy colouring in as well and that sometimes things are easier for you if you've had something to eat.
Maybe it would help to write some of these things down on a list and put it where you can see it like on the fridge, so you can remember to do these things each day that help you keep going well. You can add chatting on the forum if you find it helpful too.

hi ya @Pepsimax so glad your doing well again today. fantastic
umm well its going to rain here wiht a possible severe thunderstorm so i was doing washing but just letting the rest dry now
im 4 topics behind in my study so trying to catch up on them, ive finished one just have another three to go
