thats ok @Pepsimax your grieving. your allowed to feel sad for them... its very understandable, i lost my nan last year and i still miss her very much but i know shes always with me. im sure your friend is as well, im sure shes one on your butterflies in your garden too.

I know it's the anniversary today @Pepsimax. Have you tried doing something to remember them by like light a candle. Maybe once you've had a good cry and thought about them could then do something nice for you. Could you go have a coffee out or visit one of the churches that day you went and talk to someone there, it doesn't have to be about your friend? To me it feels like it would be good to get outside for a bit and take in your surroundings. I'm sure your friend would want you to do something nice for you. 💜🤗

I'm feeling a bit better now thanks I had a good cry release of emotions not going out will tomorrow food shopping and pay phone bill get paid tomorrow really good
