Can someone help me

They definitely make it hard @Pepsimax. I've had some trouble lately with waking with a panic and feeling like I can't breathe. It's scary! And I wake up very early regardless of what time I go to bed.

I think I'm going to head off and snuggle with my cat for a while. She's being a sook tonight which is more than fine with me. Perfect for cuddling to a soppy show with.

I'm semi floating around at the moment too, though I think I might put my phone down soon and do something else for a while. I'm working on a fiddly project at the moment that needs concentration.

I didn't ask my support worker about that but I will and get a picture up too project for next week I told you that I did a painting for my friend that died I want that painting as my picture @CheerBear
