Can someone help me

Hi @Pepsimax. I wanted to come by and say hi as I missed a couple of tags from you over the last few days.

I've been colouring in at night time. It's one I took from one of the kids books and it's taking forever to finish, but it's been nice to do. I was on a bit of a craft ban but I figured I could get away with pulling out my pencils and giving that a go ☺

@CheerBear I've been on and off here today I don't think I help much some people have away with words like you have just had my tablets so hopefully sleep will come soonish how was your day

@Pepsimax I really value your support and I see you supporting others and can imagine they appreciate it too. It makes me smile to see you around and it means a lot when you post to me. Try and believe in yourself ❤ (I think that's one of the pages from my kid's colouring books I wanted to steal 😉).

Do your tablets help you to stay asleep? I wish mine did!

My day was long (my whole week has been long) but it was ok enough thanks. I had a really helpful session with my psych today and then spent a lot of the day driving around.

Any plans for the weekend?

@CheerBear my tablets help me have long sleeps most of the time I don't take sleeping tablets but a side effect of one of them makes me sleepy

Long sleeps sounds like a good thing @Pepsimax. One the meds I took for a little while was not a sleeping one but it had the side effect of sleep which was a positive for me. It also gave me really interesting dreams.

I've been finding sleep pretty difficult again recently. It would be great if there was a way to solve everyone's sleep issues.

Yes I agree @CheerBear some find it difficult around sleep including me sometimes flashback and nightmares when you wake up from them really hard to settle again
