@Former-Member I read zoe7 other thread I am really upset I was already upset it's the anniversary of my friends death on the 20th March I start thinking about her overwhelming sad

I know it's so sad @Pepsimax. It made me feel very sad for her too. Perhaps you can look it at as a release for her to be able to put her story down for a bit so it's helping her.
I struggle with anniversary dates as well. I think the build up always seems to be harder. I hope it will get easier soon. Let's take it one day at a time.

@Pepsimax I understand that would have been very difficult for you to read - as it would have been triggering for you - and with the anniversary of your friend's death coming up that adds to the overwhelming sad feeling. Just wanted to re-iterate what I said to you befoire - 'united we stand' my friend and we are all here 'as one' right behind you, walking with you and holding you up tonight.
