If you think it will help prevent an anxious night - why not try it. So long as it doesn't go against your doctor's advice. It just might work well for you.

@utopia I'm glad you like the zentangles. I struggle with lots of stuff because I get caught up with it not being good enough but this was cool and pressure free. 👍💜🤗

@Pepsimax I didn't know it was your birthday. How super exciting - especially if your birthday comes with a brother who brings a present and afternoon tea!!! I have just got back from Coles. I fear I am addicted to their ridiculously chocolaty chocolate cookies 😊
