yeah, im feeling a bit wired and overloaded tonight @Pepsimax have been working a lot tonight and my brain is still going... need it to calm a bit..

is there anything that helps you to settle? Sometimes moving around or exercise helps me to get some of it out of my system but i also find it really hard to motivate myself, especially if its a fear type of struggle i just get stuck... has anything helped you with settling in the past thats worked for you @Pepsimax ?
