Its ok to be frustrated at your life @Pepsimax it happens to the best of us. I wish i had a better answer for this one as it would help me more to.
For some reason i think life isnt meant to be easy though i wish it was that way.
The night times suck! Do you have a sleep routine at all to help you prepare for sleep?
