I actually struggled to learn what it felt like to have a fever from a flu and not confuse that with other negative thoughts.
It helps me now to check with someone else .. if they are close and also battling a cold ...

It takes a lot of personal insight to recognise that in yourself @Pepsimax .... well done you ... ❣
I guess it's all about trying to make yourself as comfortable as possible until you can see the GP tomorrow and get whatever it is that is making you sick sorted.

I talked to Ben one of my support workers earlier tonight was meant to go to the art gallery with them tomorrow so disappointed really wanted to go

Ok, you are probably too crook to go. Dont want to spread that virus around....
I think you made a good point earlier when you said feeling sick is making your depression worse also. This is quite common, expecially with the flu viruses.
Try to get some sleep tonight. Rest is good.
