@Pepsimax Keep fluids up .. ie water ..
a lot depends on what tablets ...
I am often
on & off computer ... depending on jobs .. people in house etc ..

Do you feel like doing some colouring in ? That might help to stabilise your mood, and perhaps play some music or have the Tv on in the background ?
