I am ok , a bit aching so i going to have a epsom salts bath and take some pain killers too and have a nice hot cuppa too

Sorry to hear you're feeling sick @Pepsimax. Things always seem harder for me when I am feeling sick, and I can become really emotional when I am not well. I think it's ok to be sad sometimes, though most people I think prefer feeling happy not sad! Hope you're able to rest and you recover soon.

My meeting went well yesterday exhausted when I got home had dinner and bed my flu is a bit better today @CheerBear @Zoe7 @Phoenix_Rising @Faith-and-Hope @Teej and everyone else I have to go to coles need lots

I hope you have fun shopping @Pepsimax. Do you ever ride the trolley down the aisle? I super love doing that.

Hi @Phoenix_Rising I lost the list so have to make another one but going soon go early less people so disorganized sometimes ran out of dishwashing liquid too thought I had one more in the cupboard

Going early is a good plan @Pepsimax. Fewer people often means empty aisles, which are always the best ones to ride the trolley down.

Hi @Pepsimax I've had a quiet day. Your shopping and tidying sounds good. I just had a hot shower and hopped into bed just in time to watch neighbours and then home and away. What are your plans this evening?
