Thanks @CheerBear things are better for me if I think a hard day or time is coming up like last Monday (anniversary) I work out a plan now you guys have helped me do this @Zoe7 @Faith-and-Hope and @CheerBear

Thanks @Zoe7 you keep plugging away even though it is so difficult for but things will get better for you do you see your gp tomorrow what about your psychiatrist this week

@Pepsimax My GP is away - back on Wednesday. Saw my psychiatrist last Thursday - not back for 4 weeks unless my GP or I think I need to go back sooner.

Seeing her on a Monday is usually good for me as weekends can get hard @Pepsimax but everyday is hard at the moment so I think not having her here (knowing she isn't available) can add to my 'concerns'.

Yeah I do understand how hard it is for you when you're used to seeing her when I was seeing my psychologist every 2 weeks I missed her if I didn't see her I see my support worker nearly every week I do miss her if I don't see her
