So this is an update on how I have been this week I have been really good I saw my friend twice this week hadn't seen her for a year she has been unwell with MI stuff so happy to see her we went out to lunch great to catch up saw my support worker yesterday she helped me tidy up my room not much to do now then going to look for more storage to put things in caught up on sleep this morning I also went to my gp yesterday my blood test for diabetes was better so he was really pleased with me l'm proud of myself too @Zoe7 @Shaz51 @Maggie @Faith-and-Hope @CheerBear @Phoenix_Rising and everyone else I have missed

Hi @Pepsimax 🙂 Great to hear that you've done a few things that sound really positive this week! Awesome to hear your test for diabetes was better as well. Feeling proud is a great feeling pepsimax - hope you can hold on to it for a while!

Such wonderful news to hear @Pepsimax. It is so nice to be able to share in the good times with others on here - so proud of you Pepsimax - you have been doing a remarkable job over the last couple of months - getting out, speaking in public, sharing with others - all very, very positive. You deserve this happiness in your life - I so hope it continues for you...

Thanks @Zoe7 @Shaz51 I'm pleased you went to the art exhibition even though it wore you out take it easy as you said I'm proud of myself I didn't get depressed on Monday(anniversary of friends death) worked things out with all of you here you really are a support to me
