I know I am definitely no doctor @Pepsimax but it sounds like you might be dehydrated. Keep drinking water but only a little at a time - too much water can also make you sick but having just a little at a time with get your hydration levels up slowly without making you sick. Try some colouring in or tv viewing to distract how you are feeling if you can.

@Zoe7 I've been drinking loads i can't be dehydrated again i think that's what happened the other night too

I have to log off buddy - meds are finally working and I am getting sleepy. I hope you find some comfort tonight and that it passes without too much trouble (pun definitely meant here lol).
