pain relief could prob help if it gets worse as well

thats depression for you @Pepsimax its hard to feel happy or anythign but sad
im really not sure how to fix it myself but i willl be here for you whenever you need an ear or a hand to hold or a shoulder to cry on- i can do that for you

Sorry things are overwhelming now,
I'm about to make a cuppa! want one? be nice to sit down to a cuppa with someone tonight. I've had a chaotic busy day where i just didnt stop.
