Oh I hear your pain @Pepsimax. I am not a great sleeper either. My son's OT said that doing something that uses hand-eye coordination actually helps. I find it does and so does he.
Do you have your screen on night shift so it's not bright white?

You could try going to bed and while laying there practice some deep breathing Utopia has a great technique i can tag you in it if you like @Pepsimax
