My life sucks
And I have no hope that it’ll get better, despite being told by everyone that spoken to that it would. But I know for a fact that it won’t, not even in decades time.

@Cuddlebear wow that’s so disappointing, I’m sorry to hear that my friend
gee I keep wondering why the government doesnt see us vulnerable people as humans too but nah instead they prefer it if we suffer instead of not getting any supports. It’s so f##king ridiculous & ableist of them

gosh i'm so sorry to hear how frustrating it's been for the both of you @Blackcloud @Cuddlebear
i did want to share the complaint email/site, if you're interested in making one: Complaints about the NDIS Commission | NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
absolutely no pressure to check it out, as i know that sometimes it can be exhausting. their decision doesn't make you any less deserving of support 💗

Hi @rav3n @I just got an actual letter of the outcome that my LAC just sent to me with. So right now the final solution for this will be that I’ll have to raise a dispute for the decision the NDIA has made for me that I don’t agree with to the tribunal, so….im gonna see how that goes if I decide to go ahead with it.

@Blackcloud i can completely understand the frustration and disappointment sweet. I'm hoping you can appeal the decision successfully. I tried to get onto NDIS a few months ago but was unsuccessful even after the appeal. I just gave up cos it was too much stress especially when I didn't have the support behind me.

@MissGremlin @I’m so sorry that they have rejected you too 😞 when did you last apply for NDIS if you don’t mind me asking?

@Blackcloud it was only a couple of months ago.

@MissGremlin @Honestly I’m feeling meh right now. Just been thinking about the fact that I’m not capable of doing anything haha but by connecting with other people including you it helps me to talk and get these thoughts out of my chest ❤️
well I’ve still been thinking about how I can make the best of myself in terms of wanting to move interstate….if I am ever able to…

@MissGremlin ahh ok, so pretty recent then

@Blackcloud awww sweet, i hear you. Sending you hugs beautiful ❤️. You are capable of doing anything you put your mind to sweet 😊. Things aren't always easy and sometimes we don't succeed straight away, sometimes things take longer than we had hoped, sometimes we have to work a little harder to get what we want. But if we keep trying then when we finally get to where we want to be the satisfaction of doing so is much greater cos we know how hard we fought to get there ❤️.
Yes it was recently, I never got to speak to my LAC about the last rejection but I just gave up on getting onto NDIS cos I don't have enough documents to give them. The last psychologist I saw never gave me a final report and if I'd had that to show that I'd done both DBT and CBT during therapy then the outcome would have been different. But they think I haven't done it cos I don't have a report saying so and now I don't know where that psychologist is cos the place she practiced out of doesn't exist anymore.
