My life sucks
And I have no hope that it’ll get better, despite being told by everyone that spoken to that it would. But I know for a fact that it won’t, not even in decades time.

Aaaaah I’m so glad afterpay was able to accept my request for my upcoming repayments to be temporarily put on hold after I told them in detail about my current financial situation and how I’m unable to pay back these repayments within the next 3 fortnights at this stage. I’m kinda relieved now that they responded and approved of my request. Now I’m just waiting to hear back from them again after I responded to their two questions - the 2 questions they asked were:
2. What date can you start making these repayments?
in response I said that it would have to be the maximum of $5-10 per fortnight as of now but I did explain in detail on why that is. FYI, this afterpay order purchase actually has to do with the iMac purchase I made a few days ago - and it requires me to pay off $336.96 each fortnight (only 3 more fortnights) and I’m unable to pay that much at this stage.

Hi @Jynx @Cuddlebear I’m ok, just not feeling the best at the moment. How are you guys?
also, I came to realise why the dishwasher in my room didn’t operate this whole time and it was due to my dumbass not knowing that there was an electric/power cord designated to it that I was meant to connect it to the power supply. I didn’t see it until then So I began to connect the unconnected power cord to it and then I was able to get it operated.. also, I have never used a dishwasher before and it was my first time that I’ve EVER used it, so..
I literally had to get the appliances company to call me to book a time for a plumber to come get it fixed in two more days, but now I’ll have to wait till that same day to call them at 8am to let them know I’ve managed to fix it and that I don’t need the plumber to come and fix it for me. I feel dumb.

@Blackcloud Don’t feel dumb it’s not dumb at all. I’m glad you got it all working! Dishwasher can be so handy to be honest.
Are you settling in to new home ok? I’m sorry you’re feeling yucky 😞 We’ve got a Saturday chat going on if you’d like to join us? I’ll go tag you in it 🙂

@Blackcloud hey hun no need to be so hard on yourself. You literally said it - you've never used one before!! It's not anything to be ashamed of - maybe it seems obvious now but you couldn't have known that! Legit to wanna call in a professional haha.
I hope it all gets sorted though, having a dishwasher makes a HUGE difference - for me anyway, a person who loathes doing the dishes hahaha.

@Cuddlebear Settling into my new home is going okay so far, still need to get used to fully liking the area here though I guess haha.
I’m gonna have my first session with a counsellor (who also has autism like I do) on the upcoming Wednesday so I hope it all goes well .. 🤞

@Blackcloud @Good morning friend. It’s really good to read your post. Yes it does take a bit of time to adjust and liking a new area. You will like it as you get to know the local good food spots and other enjoyable things it has to offer.
Im so wrapt you’ve got a lived experience counsellor starting with you. It makes a lot of difference. Is it tomorrow or Wednesday week? I’d love to hear how it goes for you but only if you want to tell me.
Are you enjoying a bit of a Uni break?

@Cuddlebear yesterday I’ve started my first week of the trimester (I’m doing my bachelor degree at a university that’s online) so with the institutions with courses that are held online, we have what’s called ‘trimesters’ or ‘teaching periods’, whereas on campus you get ‘semesters’. This trimester/teaching period is my very first trimester into doing my current bachelor degree, and so far I’m finding the content regarding psychology really interesting, although it is pretty content heavy haha xP but good thing psychology in general is a really interesting field to learn and know about 🙂
