@AuntGlow I started joining one of the autism online groups 2 days ago, it was a discussion group called muticulturalism autistics and, it was alright. the hosts in the zoom call were very nice and welcoming ❤️ and they both have autism 🙂

the song is this. and i think the title describes it quite well lol. its sang in korean tho cause it is kpop. the vibe of the song is really relaxing/calming

@AuntGlow i really wish these physical symptoms related to nerves can go away forever. its hard when you have to deal with them especially during adulthood. being an adult is already hard when it comes to dealing with health stuff...especially when dealing with physical symptoms that are linking with your mental health issues....UGH!!!! just why though

@AuntGlow @Jynx and co, I've just spoke with a crisis supporter at lifeline, but from her interactions, she seems a bit unprofessional... like, as someone whose currently on training to do the same role as she's doing, i can see that she seems to be missing quite a few things in the chat lmao but yeah anyways. i decided to end the chat because it got all awkward and shiii
