My life sucks

I’ve just listed all the groceries (ingredients and some essentials) I’ve bought from supermarkets that I’ve had to pay for for this week and last week & calculated the total of them, as well as calculating how much I’m gonna have in the next upcoming fortnights (of the savings I have and will have left remaining + fortnightly income) including estimates of how much I would and/or gonna be spending on groceries for each fortnight ..

Looking at the calculations from what I’ve listed, I would say I’m confident (just confident, not very or super confident) on what the next upcoming fortnights will be.. as long as I can continue to spend money on just stuff that I need to meal prep only 🙏

How are you doing today, by the way? @rav3n just had some not so great thoughts about…well you know (the thing I’ve mentioned on here like multiple times alreadu 😅) and of course I just cried over it everytime I think about it from time to time (even though it seems to have settled recently) just cause you know it’s something that really frustrates me about my mum that sometimes I wish I didn’t have a mother like her at all

oh no, i'm so sorry those thoughts have been playing up today! it's hard when we have no control over the family we're born into - but our families don't define us and i can see the amazing amount of work you're doing with yourself to be independent and live authentically - i hope you can be proud of yourself for that.

@rav3n yes I’m quite liking the cold weather so far!! 😄 though sadly I got sick just this week, but I’ve been able to use some remedies to help manage (and cure) those symptoms - like the honey/lemon drink remedy. But thankfully those symptoms have gradually decreased. I’m still recovering from it, hopefully I’ll feel 100% better by either this weekend or the start of next week 🙂

sometimes I think about wanting to move interstate lowkey, part of it being because I live in the same state as my mum does whom I don’t wish to fully associate myself with haha

but I also remembered that no other state here in Australia is safe either…an increase of youth crimes, the justice system being weak as hell, and ticket inspectors targeting only people of colour…
