Morning @Glisten, I was up and down like a yo-yo aswell, but it was cool here.

Thunderstorms sound nice and yes it's lucky you got that fertilising done and cut the grass.

Drive safely to pick up the halter 😊.

My rock is cosy, I got my weighted blanket and my teddy with me. Gotta keep that grass under control otherwise it might trap me in.

How was your day?

@MissGremlin it was a good day. I went for a sauna.

@Glisten oh you finally got your sauna, so happy that you could.

I ventured out from under my rock for a very short period to go to the shops. But quickly retreated after that.

Have just woken up having a panic attack so trying to deal with that at the moment.

@MissGremlin sleep panic attacks. Unconscious mind, amygdala making sure you’re awake.

How you feel now?

I can’t remember how long it took for that to stop for me.
Early 2024, I was Housesitting for someone but I couldn’t make myself sleep here.

Panic attack had to go back to the apartment 5 minutes away.

That apartment was the best thing that ever happened for me. Had a pool, gym and sauna.

I’d spend 45 minutes everyday looking after my body.

Hello @Glisten. I'm exhausted today and it's a real battle being fought at the moment.

Sounds like that apartment really was good for you.

@MissGremlin are you surviving your battle? Has the other side conceded.

When I’m tired or the topic makes me uncomfortable, I say stupid things to try and keep the moment light.

Internal battles are brutal. The repercussions of decision making. The regret of making the wrong decision even when you were the victim.

It’s enough to make me break out in the St Crispin’s Day speech from Henry V.

Cause life’s like that. A toss of the coin and hope for the best.

Might as well run the gauntlet, I can’t stay where I am forever. I’d rather take a nap. But feel like I should be saying to myself “Once more unto the breach.”

@Glisten I'm really not surviving the battle and the problem is I'm fighting myself.

That's fair, I do the same thing.

I'm just at a point where I'm letting that internal battle win cos I just don't have the strength to fight right now.

I'm ready for bed but I know as soon as I sit down on my bed I'll be wide awake.

I feel like that would be me trying to lead a charge aswell.

Yes we are a bit partial to the old Will... In our house. Was in Shakespeare society for a few years with my son ... Trying to find an intelligent and social outlet for my boy. He was quite a gentleman.

Was reading your discussion about psychologists. Yes, there are narcissistic psychologists. I thought maybe the one I finished with this week was one. Then I saw your posts. Timely thanks. Maybe they don't mean to be, but with the level of vulnerable clients they deal with, they need to be more careful.

I am middling... Atm... Yes hopefully things will pick up.
