Welcome and getting started

Bipolar

Bipolar

Bipolar what a joy basically a curse and a blessing. Majority of the time I'm happy but occasionally it's a depression with anxiety that I cab rarely leave the house.

I'm 42 now and honestly wish to improve my overall lifestyle. I have a job and luckily they understand how I can get , when I'm work I'm efficient, I learn quickly and very thorough. Unfortunately full time work doesn't work for me as I've some other recent personal health issues , I may only be a casual worker well that's what I'm employed as . Any tips on a routine even on my days off.

I've just joined and looking forward to hearing from others and improving my overall lifestyle .

Thabkyou

Hello @Elizabethgrace_

love your name

welcome to the forum

hearing you about the ups and downs of bipolar…

I am more of a getting things done on my list… type of person… than strictly sticking to routines… at different times I focused on different things … usually based on necessity

it used to be study or meditation that I did every day… now its my physio exercises

I don’t work full time either… I am semi retired but active

in a way it’s great as I have different things on different days

I do tend to be loosely organised to prepare a decent nutritious meal every day… sometimes I go for a walk

just tagging some people to say hello
