Oh yes @Blackcloud, sounds similar/same as what I call going into nature. There is a lot of evidence now for positive effects of being in nature, for both healing of physical and mental problems.
I always feel better when I get to have my feet on ground (no shoes), to see flora and fauna, to smell the salt air especially (due to saltwater background) but eucalypts, flowers etc, hear the wind in the trees, the crashing waves, and tasting the salty air
