Talk about how nice the weather change is here too @Till23 @ArraDreaming @MissGremlin @Blackcloud @Glisten !

It's been sooooooo hot here in Melb, and I haven't been able to go into the pool so it's been so hard. I think last night was the hardest. The atmosphere was dead still with not a breeze in sight... It was the worst last night.

But today??? It's been so cool and refreshing. It's been raining most of the day too. @Till23 - hope it comes to you soon. Must be hard with no air con. I don't think I'd be able to cope with no air con.

@tyme last night was very hot and stuffy
I’m glad it has cooled down I like the heat but a break from it and some rain today was very welcome

Re: Sunday night chat 8pm

@Till23 - That’s great that you went to see a movie today. I went to see a movie with a support worker last Saturday, and it was great! The support worker is a really lovely lady and I was talking to her about the art course I’m doing and how I would like to become an arts therapist. I was meant to be going to this Forest Therapy event with her today but she couldn’t get the tickets for me on that day unfortunately, so it’s been rescheduled till 30th march. I’m excited to see what being in this forest therapy is like because she did tell me something about it being related to my desired career as an arts therapist and that she was really willing to know my opinions after experiencing it. ❤️

@ArraDreaming - that’s great that you went on the camping trip with your family. Sounds like it was a really fun time for you this year so far!

I'm used to it @tyme being an old-timer we didn't have air-con at home or throughout my whole school time. I think I only started getting it when I started work

@tyme yeah regarding the heat weather I haven't been able to go to the gym for more than once a week than I initially planned to lol. But hopefully by the time that all passes, hopefully next week or the week after, then I'd be able to hit the gym for at least twice a week 😛

Re: Sunday night chat 8pm

What is Forest therapy @Blackcloud ? Is it in a forest or bush, or outside somewhere?

I really need to get into an art or craft.

I can knit - just, I've done cross-stitch. I'd like to learn crotcheting but also probably drawing or painting

I was going to ask what Forest therapy is too @Till23!

It reminds me of 'Bush kinder' for kids.

Hey @Oaktree

Re: Sunday night chat 8pm

@Till23 from my research, forest therapy/forest bathing is basically a "preventative health practice that improves and strengthens mental and physical wellbeing". I don't know anything about what it does and stuff, but it does look interesting 😄 and yeah it's located in one of the gardens (can't mention the name here specifically i dont think?) in melbourne.

It's always nice to start something from scratch if you'd like to try it ❤️

Did you go out bush @ArraDreaming or did you go to a campground?
