Managing thoughts of suicide & self-harm

Battles

Battles

Hi all, does anyone else just feel like life is just one big sh!t show? It's just one thing after another, constant drama, family issues, money struggles, stress, anxiety it's just always something.

When do things get easier, do things ever change?

I've been through more than i care to think about in my life but today has pushed me to breaking point and it's bringing up alot of bad memories of previous suicide attempts.

I just feel like it's not worth it, it's not worth fighting, not worth hanging on anymore.

Re: Battles

I do much the same @MissGremlin

I'm not very adventurous with food. Most of my dinners are meat and veg, or a one pot creation.

At this stage, it is affecting anyone with hotmail or outlook emails.

I've escalated it, but we are quite limited on what we can do because it is from the email servers' side.

Re: Battles

@NightFury I'm not either. Change is scary for me and having a sensitive tummy to things is tricky too.

Meat and veg is good and one pot creations are simple and don't make a mountain of dishes.

Re: Battles

I have certain food icks @MissGremlin I have sensory stuff going on with food. I don't like slimy foods like noodles and stuff or food with odd textures. But I love food that has a bit of crunch.

Re: Battles

@NightFury oh I hear you sweet, even just the thought of noodles gives me an icky feeling. Yes foods that have crunch are great. I can't eat soups or anything that has a soggy texture.

Soggy is gross @MissGremlin

I'm starving tonight because I threw my lunch out today. I brought a salad roll and the bread went soggy. I can not....

Oh I cannot either, that's a big nope from me.

Re: Battles

I actually do @MissGremlin

I found mud cake hot cross buns at the supermarket the other day. I'm actually eating one of those now.
