Hi all, does anyone else just feel like life is just one big sh!t show? It's just one thing after another, constant drama, family issues, money struggles, stress, anxiety it's just always something.

When do things get easier, do things ever change?

I've been through more than i care to think about in my life but today has pushed me to breaking point and it's bringing up alot of bad memories of previous suicide attempts.

I just feel like it's not worth it, it's not worth fighting, not worth hanging on anymore.

Hello @TunedIn, it's a very difficult space to be in. Things just keep racing through my head and it's hard to switch off.

As for support, that's really tough to know right now, I'm sorry i know that's not helpful. I know most of the community is sleeping so it's a bit hard to even just connect with anyone.

Hi @MissGremlin

It makes sense it would be hard to switch off a racing mind. Have you ever tried grounding exercises ? Lifeline has some info on them here

@TunedIn thanks for the suggestion and I most certainly have. It's just tricky when things that would normally work, don't.

I'm starting to get sleepy so fingers crossed i can get some rest soon.
