Hi all, does anyone else just feel like life is just one big sh!t show? It's just one thing after another, constant drama, family issues, money struggles, stress, anxiety it's just always something.

When do things get easier, do things ever change?

I've been through more than i care to think about in my life but today has pushed me to breaking point and it's bringing up alot of bad memories of previous suicide attempts.

I just feel like it's not worth it, it's not worth fighting, not worth hanging on anymore.

This one was when we were at the doctors.

 

I'm so thankful he is allowed to come with me to my appointments now.

I didn't get to talk to my doctor about everything I wanted and needed to as he wanted to write a letter back to NDIS. So now I have to try to wait until the next appointment in 2 weeks.

@rav3n everyone goes gaga over him 😂. I'm very thankful to have him, to think i almost didn't cos my anxiety got the better of me.

haha i can imagine, he must be loving the attention and pats 😄 @MissGremlin

i was absolutely FREEZING despite wearing 3 layers of jumpers. but now the sun's peeped out, i've had my iced coffee and feeling much better. how about you? hope it's not too cold in your end?
