I'm needing some help. how does one continue . over the last 2yrs i have lost everything except 2 friends. i have lost 2 family members, 2 very much-loved pets. 1 by age and 1 by murder. i lost my home and job. today in a group i attended was about hope, it got me thinking and to be honest i feel like i have none.

@Alice11 It really does make sense. One grief response is to become numb. It is not all about crying or missing them.
There is also a gradual reorientation to your losses and finding your new paths. You may get back into the same work again when you are ready or do things a little differently.
I really needed to cocoon myself for a long while.
