@MJG017being in nature feels wonderful.

I've never felt like I belonged in this world even when I tried hard to fit in. That's why it's nice to feel that connection with people here.

I'm thankful to have you and everyone here to sit with and chat to you while I'm going through this.

@Hopeandlove , Have you used chatgpt before? I'm trying to create your picture for you. The picture you shared about being in the rainforest.

@Hopeandlove I am glad you are imagining my surroundings. I hoped to describe it to you so you could have some pleasant nature visualisations.

Unfortunately it’s often cold in hospitals, keep asking for those warmed blankets so you can feel cozy and warm.

@Former-Member and @Hopeandlove I am so lucky to have this beautiful environment. Both of my dogs loved it too. I have to be careful with the possum as she often rests on top of the roller door! When I first got here it was a ringtail and her baby. After a few years a brush tail moved in. Maybe you’ll have to borrow Wind in the Willows from the library @Former-Member.

@MJG017 I also love looking at the stars I think it gives me a bit of perspective and that maybe my problems aren’t as big as they sometimes seem.

@rav3n we we’re discussing our love of nature earlier, I love the sound of waves.

@Hopeandlove I hope you can transfer some of our descriptions to around your bed, so you can be comforted by nature.

@MJG017 @Hopeandlove love getting lost in a book! i've stopped reading books in public though... one time i was reading on the train and caught myself making too many facial expressions which apparently embarrassed my sister 😆 it's hard to read a good book with a straight face!

When I first started my 8 weeks of radiation, they had some riddles stuck to the ceiling. I though his will make it easier and I assumed they changed them, maybe every week or so. Nope, they never changedthem while I was there. Say I would just lay there with my eyes closed and relax.
